Our Tradition

During the 1940's, Jim Paul created a successful home building company called Paul Construction Co., building affordable homes in Eloy, Casa Grande, Yuma, Coolidge, Tempe, Scottsdale and California.

In October, 1952, Del Webb planned to expand his residential construction and asked Jim Paul to partner with him.

Jim Paul brought his formula for building affordable, quality homes to Del Webb. Jim Paul created the concept that became Sun City, providing active adults with a lifestyle never before experienced.
